Delivery:

Items that can be shipped by RPS or UPS will be delivered to your door within the contiguous United States.Any items delivered this way will be clearly indicated on the site.Large items like armoires, sofas, etc will in some instances depending on manufacturer can be shipped curbside to the home. Curbside delivery means items are brought by truck to delivery location but are not unboxed or brought into home, otherwise it will receive our "White glove in home delivery" placed by professional delivery personnel. All furniture is handled with the utmost care and moved on furniture vans.In selecting "White Glove delivery" it is your responsiblity to verify size and dimensions of the merchandise fits in the designated room and entrance by a comfortable margin. If the room delivery area consist of narrow halls, doorways, or stairwells etc, LeatherShoppes.com/Leather Shoppes Inc. will not be responsible for any damages that could result in attempting placement. If this happens than the furniture will be placed in an adjoining accessible area, if returned with the delivery company extra charges will apply.Please clear the designated area and path leading to it of any obstacles in advance of the delivery date. White glove delivery not available in all areas, please call for details. Please keep in mind deliveries that are not considered "normal or standard" like stair carries, area not accessible by truck ,lift gates required, additional help to perform delivery, or some other unusual request are an additional charge and will be payable at time of delivery if determined by delivery service. In some circumstances, " a dock drop" shipment of the furniture to a business is available, but not to most residences, this method also requires you to inspect and note any shortages or damages at delivery time, and you will be responsible for picking up the furniture at the dock and any charges which might incur for receiving the furniture at this warehouse location.

Notification of Delivery:

The shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of your order will contact you prior to delivery, so as to establish an approximate time window for you to receive your furniture.PLEASE NOTE: We employ third party shipping companies and we are not responsible for consummating delivery.We will assist you in tracking the order and provide you with contact numbers or provide you with online tracking to expediate this process. Keep in mind, with some of our deliveries, trucks are loaded as to area of country and take some time to fill a complete load to come your way.Please be sure and have someone home to receive your furniture, if no one is home a redelivery charge will apply.If your home is not accessible to the delivery truck we will assist in arranging for the transport of your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsiblity to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home. You may incur a remote delivery surcharge if your ship to address falls outside the geographical area normally served by our carriers. Please call for details.

Defects/Damages:

In all handcrafted furniture, there will be some variances and irregular areas, and these must be tolerated. Occasionally, there is minor rubs or defects in the products shipped by the factory. When this happens, the problems are almost always repairable. LeatherShoppes.com will work with you to get the defect repaired in a satisfactory manor usually by a local leather or wood technician and by standards we deem appropriate. LeatherShoppes.com excellent customer service staff will expedite the process as quickly as possible. With leather, there will always be shading and other color variations. Also present are healed scars, barbwire knicks, urine burns and other of nature's hallmarks. These in no way can be considered a defect. Keep in mind all our furniture is made by hand and no two pieces will be alike. If furniture you receive at time of delivery is badly damaged we will at our option replace the affected area, in the case of leather,redye the finish to cover scratches professionally, or replace the item if we and or the manufacturer deem necessary , but solely at our descretion.

Returns:

All furniture we carry is hand crafted at time order is placed. Cancellations cannot be accepted after an order is placed, as we are not allowed to cancel from the manufacturer. We will order exactly what you tell us, but are not responsible for incorrect model numbers and cover numbers. We will help you define this the best we can, we will also send you a copy of the picture of the style and cover selected when available.

Warranties:

LeatherShoppes.com/Leather Shoppes Inc is an authorized dealer for all manufacturers we carry unless otherwise noted. All of the products offered through OnlyLeather.com/Leather Shoppes come with a full manufacturers warranty.These vary in length from one year to limited "lifetime". Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, nature of problem, the manufacturer and your location.Details of the warranties will generally be attached to the furniture when it arrives. Keep in mind manufacturer warranties do not cover labor and transportation beyond one year, even in a lifetime warranty, it covers replacement parts only.Dust covers under the bottom of furniture are cosmetic items only and will not be replaced or repaired. Although we cannot guarantee the customers pleasure in their selection we warrant the furniture will be shipped in a manner meeting standards set by the manufacturer.The manufacturer warranty starts when the merchandise is delivered. Extended warranties for leather against burns, cuts, ink, etc. are handled by Leather Master direct. They have an 800 # on the warranty card for this procedure. Please read over your requirements for upkeep if you purchased this coverage. Leather Master is the only company authorized for use on leather care by most all manufacturers worldwide.

Cancellations:

As soon as your order is placed, the procurement process begins, and the order is financially obligated by LeatherShoppes.com/Leather Shoppes Inc and its respective customer, therfore we are not able to accept a cancellation of an order.Because of the special one of a kind nature of custom furniture and the deep discount involved, no refund or replacement will be issued should you cancel your selection after your order has been entered and accepted.We offer fantastic pricing and value by streamlining the order process. We are able to eliminate costly warehousing,display,and inventory related costs which allow us to pass on these savings to our valued customer.In rare instances we may accept a cancelled order, these will be in written form and will be subject to a 50% restock charge, plus an in store credit for the balance will be issued less the original delivery charges, and the furniture will need to be sent back to us at your expense damage free.

WorldWide Delivery Available:

International delivery is available.We will get your furniture to the nearest US port, but it is your responsibility to make arrangements to get the merchandise from the US port to its final destination.Alaska and Hawaii delivery is available by us, please call for delivery charges to these areas.
